The return of the same ruling party, who have continuously oppressed the people of Maharashtra state for the last two and a half years, to power in Maharashtra state means killing democracy through the Election Commissioner and Returning Officers.
The assembly elections held in Maharashtra state were to elect the candidates of the ruling party and for this, the local returning officers should have been ordered to silently cooperate by the Central Government and the Chief Election Commissioner, which did not remain hidden from many events during the election period. It is also a fact that they were unabashedly helping the ruling party candidate to strangle democracy.
While the ruling party candidates were handing out bundles of money to the voters, the election officials were sitting silently under the pressure of helplessness. This is the murder of democracy and their indiscipline in the election process.
Were the election officials playing a silent role to save themselves and their families and to ensure the survival of their own and their family members in the future? Only they know the reality of this.
The officers and employees know that the burden of oppression by the ruling party is serious and troublesome. Therefore, their actions within their authority were in support of the ruling party candidate, which the opposition party candidates and voters could see with their eyes wide open!
Similarly, the election results have made it clear that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has opened the entire state of Maharashtra to capitalist Gautam Adani by force of power.
It is being speculated that the huge amount of money given to voters by the ruling party candidates during the assembly elections in Maharashtra may have come from Gujarati capitalist Gautam Adani.
Gautam Adani, a capitalist (businessman) residing in Gujarat, needed the power of the BJP and its allied parties to expand his business in Maharashtra.
Therefore, it is not correct to say that the BJP and its allied parties seized power in Maharashtra by using the power of the Central Government and with the help of the Central Election Commissioner.
It is now clear that if the voters of the country are made poor and problematic, they will vote only for the candidates who give them money during the election period.
But, if voters are selling their important votes and locking themselves up for 5 years for a small amount of rupees, they should quickly understand that this is a sign of voter slavery.
That is why the rights of voters who sell their votes for rupees are being frozen by the central government and the state governments by making new laws.
Similarly, the rights of voters who sell their votes for rupees are being thrown down the throats of the capitalists. Still, the voters of the country, out of stupidity, are “trapped in caste and religion” and consider themselves to be without rights.
If voters are constantly pushing caste and religious fanaticism forward, it is evident that they have not understood their own existence and rights.
It is equally true that voters who have not understood their rights and their own existence can never make good use of their intelligence during the election period.
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has given equal rights to all the citizens of this country through the Indian Constitution and has given everyone the right to vote.
Even during the period of independence, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, in order to get the right to vote for the Bahujan community of this country (for the right to vote of citizens of OBC, SC, ST, minorities, anti-vegetarian and other communities), waged a continuous legal struggle from 1917 to 1932 through the “South Bureau Commission”, further information.
And after that, the voters of this country do not know that he was continuously fighting with Indian leaders for the same right to vote for the citizens of the Bahujan community. Therefore, it is a fact that they fell short in understanding Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
If Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had not given the right to vote to the citizens of this country, then no politicians, capitalists, humanists of this country would have given you any importance at all. Why do you not understand as citizens of this country?..
Voters, during the period of independence, you got the right to vote through the Indian Constitution to protect yourself through democratic means and to improve yourself through the government…
You got the right to vote to sell your votes No, not to bring shame to democracy, not to make ourselves helpless and not to make ourselves slaves…
So, the voters of the country have got the right to vote to defeat those candidates who, without doing your work, without giving you your rights in governance and administration within your rights, without uplifting you under your democratic rights, want to make you helpless and make you slaves in the voting process with the power of money.
Candidates who pay rupees and voters who make themselves miserable for 5 years for a few rupees are starting to tarnish democracy. Such a terrible picture is starting to appear mainly in India…
It has become clear that the rulers, their MPs and MLAs who could not understand the unique importance of democracy in the 75 years of independence cannot deepen democracy at all and cannot make their own society strong, advanced, knowledgeable, and intelligent, nor can they save their rights under the Indian Constitution.
Therefore, “Voters, you are here because of democracy, if you take it for granted, you will become a slave one day!…
Voters should understand in time that slaves have zero value, and there is no other option but to make slaves slaves. At the same time, the candidate and his workers who pay rupees for their own existence, self-respect, and self-confidence should be replaced.
