Now is the time to redouble your confidence.
Let all the voters understand what this “confidence” is and implement it in the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand to be held on 13/20 November, 48 assembly elections in other states of the country, as well as by-elections to the Lok Sabha in Nanded and Wayanad. ….
If we want two options from this confidence, we can call it a solution. I am presenting it here..
(1) The entire village of the village in the rural area (and if possible in the urban area) should get together and pass a resolution in the Gram Panchayat on occasion and inform the Election Commission i.e. the Collector in a letter saying, “If voting on ballot paper, come to our village only. Otherwise our EVM + VVPAT will be opposed.We will boycott the election 100%…..!
Now another option to protect your right to vote by holding elections on EVM + VVPAT will be as follows. But, for this, there should be a role of selflessness, sacrifice, dedication. Keeping only the country in front of the eyes…..
(2) We (each elector) shall each constitute a temporary Election “Committee” of not less than 11 persons or any number of persons in his constituency. Be it men only, women, men and women, or second and third classes or all together.
That committee will finalize as many candidates as possible in their respective constituencies including independents for the Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha elections from November 4. It should go to each and every candidate. Arrangement of video shooting should be kept along with it. The committee should first interview him. Then he (candidate) should record 10 such questions or issues on a bond of Rs. Such affidavit should be written by all those candidates.
And when that candidate is elected, this committee shall announce in a public open space without going to any Buddha Vihara, Temple, Masjid, Gurdwara or Church.
Civil honors should be organized
This affidavit should be read out by the winning candidate in front of the people gathered in it. Its copy should be distributed to all. After that, on the same day every year, the MLA or MP should be publicly felicitated by reviewing the work done by that MLA or MP and praising him. If he has not done the work, he should also be asked to answer.
After such 4 felicitations in 4 years, then we should prepare the same in the next election to strengthen the democracy and the constitution with our selflessness, going beyond caste-religion, going beyond politics, without succumbing to individual and collective bait, such a great work for the country, for democracy, for the ingenuity of the constitution, i.e. For our children, grandchildren, if we try this one sacrifice in this election, it will definitely lay the foundation for the development of the next generation.
When we implement the solution number 2 above after November 4, then the entire video of it should be viral on social media…..
If such an experiment is successful in entire Maharashtra, it will definitely be the first step in 75 years to enhance the constitution and democracy of the progressive Maharashtra nation.
