Suresh Shivankar, a laborer at a fly ash brick kiln in Maregaon in Mool taluka, was crushed to death by a Haiva car full of ashes.
The police court will register the incident as an accident, and the plant owner will pay 5/10 thousand to the families of these poor laborers and settle the case.
However, with this incident, the businessmen’s greed and deceit to make the labor laws as easy as possible has come forward once again. And this lie is further confirmed by the officers of the concerned department who implement “pocket culture”.
This fraudulent business is not limited only to the said tragic incident in Malegaon.
