Supreme Court today granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the liquor policy scam and he will now come out of jail.
On March 21, Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the ED in connection with the liquor policy scam. He was granted bail following the ED’s arrest.
However, Arvind Kejriwal was later arrested by the CBI in the same case and extended his jail term.
Finally, on September 13, 2024, the Supreme Court granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on a bond of Rs 10 lakh.
As soon as the party officials and workers came to know that Arvind Kejriwal will come out of jail, an atmosphere of happiness has spread among them.
