Assembly elections of four states namely Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Haryana and Jammu Kashmir are expected in November. Among them Haryana and Maharashtra two state legislatures expire on 26 November 2024. That means a new assembly session must be held on this day. This is a provision of the constitution……?

Because after Uttar Pradesh passes away, at least in Maharashtra, which is the number two in the country, a BJP government (or a government of the Chief Minister BJP of the Grand Alliance) should come. It is for this main reason that the RSS, BJP is conspiring to postpone the elections in Maharashtra through the Election Commission so that there is enough time to set EVM + VVPAT…
The code of conduct has been implemented in Haryana and Jammu Kashmir. One thing to note is that after the implementation of the code of conduct, the Finance Minister of Haryana made a statement in a public meeting that, “If you vote for the Congress, and the Congress government is formed, within six months only our senior leaders (Modi-Shah) ) Leaders in Delhi will not stay without overthrowing his government!
What this statement proves is that his intention to change the constitution is still not gone. They are trying to implement it in different ways.
In other words, the anti-constitutional power is trying to be wanted again..
For that, it is our duty to protect the Scientist + Rationalist = Humanist Constitution by putting oil in our eyes 24 hours a day…..
