Following the irregularities in the assembly elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, 15 thousand complaints of various types were made to the Chief Election Commissioner of India. All the complaints were declared insignificant on 3rd December. Justice Narendra Mishra of the Supreme Court has given a written request to the Chief Justice of the country D.Y. Chandrachud for the demand.
Among the issues under 15 thousand complaints, 1) Malfunctioning in the EVM machine, 2) EVM machine being found in the strong room, 3) Opening of ballot paper boxes within days, 4) Winning the election under external EVM machine, 5) Chief Election Commissioner of the country ignoring important complaints. Or Mudyana Anursoon and Narendra Mishra have registered the petition in the Supreme Court.
Pursuant to the request of Shri Narendra Mishra, Supreme Court Chief Justice DY Chandrachud is hearing the case.
It is not just that the Chief Election Commissioner of the country works impartially due to various types of complaints regarding irregularities in the Assembly elections, or in this regard, Shri Narendra Mishra has made revelations by giving many examples.
