Chimur :- The Career Counselling and Placement Cell, along with the Equal Opportunity Centre of Gramgeeta Mahavidyalaya, Chimur, in collaboration with Dnyanjyoti Education, Pune, Nagpur Branch, organized a seminar on “Opportunities in Government Services”.

         The seminar was presided over by Dr. Sunanda S. Aswale, Principal of Gramgeeta Mahavidyalaya, Chimur. Distinguished guests included Mr. Chaitanya Bharat, Mentor and Faculty for UPSC & MPSC at Dnyanjyoti Education; Mr. Abhay Zade, Marketing Manager at Dnyanjyoti Education; Dr. Nilesh R. Thaokar, IQAC Coordinator; Dr. Mrunal I. Warhade, Convener, Career Counselling and Placement Cell and Miss Sartaj Sheikh, Convener, Equal Opportunity Centre.

         Keynote speaker Mr. Chaitanya Bharat provided in-depth insights into the MPSC and UPSC examination syllabus and patterns. He motivated students to strengthen their basic concepts and guided them on how to seize opportunities in government services.

        The second speaker, Mr. Abhay Zade, emphasized the importance of time management for national-level competitive exams. He shared valuable insights on common sense, confidence, and analytical thinking, which play a crucial role in completing exams effectively within the given time frame.

        Dr. Nilesh R. Thaokar encouraged students to cultivate dedication and perseverance, emphasizing that with the right mindset, achieving their goals is possible.

         Presiding over the seminar, Dr. Sunanda S. Aswale addressed the students on competitive exam preparation. She advised, “If you fail in an exam, always have a backup plan ready, as it will certainly help you in the future.”

          Dr. Mrunal I. Warhade delivered the introductory speech and efficiently conducted the program, while Mr. Nagesh D. Dhore, Head of the Mathematics Department, proposed the vote of thanks.

           The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across all streams, along with faculty members and non-teaching staff, making it a successful and insightful event.
