Rs 1.85 crore withdrawn in the name of the deceased under the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana… — Rs 35 lakh paid as soon as a complaint was filed with the Chief Minister by incident researcher Vinod Kumar Khobragade… — When will the remaining Rs 1.5 crore be paid? Why not take criminal action against the relevant officers and employees who committed corruption?.

As soon as the vigilant, dutiful and incident researcher Vinod Kumar Khobragade (Patwari) submitted a serious report to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Chandrapur District Collector Vinay Gowda deposited Rs 34 lakh from the concerned into the government treasury. When will Chandrapur District Collector Vinay Gowda deposit the remaining Rs 1 crore 50 lakh into the government treasury? This question is arising.

Since the deceased persons were made beneficiaries of the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana and the District Collector Chandrapur had made a profit of Rs 1 crore 85 lakh (one crore, eighty-five lakh rupees) in their names. Therefore, how many crores of rupees are being eaten in the name of the living? This question is from Vinod Khobragade.

Vinod Kumar Khobragade, who embezzled money under the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana in the name of dead persons, paid Rs 34 lakh as soon as he filed a serious report to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, when will the District Collector Chandrapur pay the remaining Rs 1 crore 51 lakh? This is the question.

District Collector Chandrapur Vinay Gowda G C and then District Collector Ajay Annasaheb Gulhane, Prashant Subhash Bedse then Tehsildar, Pravin Chide in-charge Tehsildar and other officials, threatened Babu Pandurang Nandurkar of the tehsil with an FIR and made him pay Rs 34 lakh (twenty-four lakh rupees) directly.

If Rs 10 lakh 46 thousand / – (ten lakh forty-six thousand rupees were deposited) was deposited on the student’s mobile, then how did he pay Rs 34 lakh (twenty-four lakh rupees) on 24/01/2025?

When will the Tehsildar and District Collector of Chandrapur pay the remaining Rs.1crore 50 lakh (one crore fifty lakh rupees)?

Will the Maharashtra government take criminal action against the Tehsildar of Jiwati, who has been robbing people by showing them as beneficiaries of the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana in the names of dead people? This is a direct question from Vinod Kumar Khobragade Patwari, a responsible and aware citizen, law student and scholar of the Indian Constitution.

Since the then Tehsildar Jiwati and the in-charge Tehsildar Jiwati and other revenue officers have embezzled and consumed crores of rupees of the deceased beneficiaries of the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana and Shravan Bal Yojana in Jiwati taluka under Chandrapur district from 01/01/2017 till date. Therefore, it has become necessary to think about how much of the living soul they have consumed.

As soon as the issue of corruption worth crores of rupees in the name of deceased persons under the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana came out in the news of the current papers, “citizens of Chandrapur district have started saying that while “corruption worth crores of rupees in the name of deceased persons,” did they not feel a little shame not for their lives but for their minds?

Complainant Vinod Kumar Khobragade has demanded that the Chief Minister and Home Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, the Maharashtra government, should take a close look and seize the properties of such corrupt officials.

Since the money of the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana and the Shravan Bal Niradhar Yojana is being diverted from the Chandrapur District Collector, does he have any involvement in this corruption? Will Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis conduct a confidential inquiry in this regard? This question is arising.

Similarly, in the year 2022, a complaint was filed with the Chandrapur District Collector and other concerned officials regarding the same corruption case. In such a situation, how have all those officials been silent till now? This issue is creating great seriousness.
