Nagpur: Rural Housing Scheme is a very important and eye-catching scheme of the government. State level, department level, district level programmers and taluka level operators who are working hard day and night under this scheme are working on meager remuneration.
A statement has been given to the Principal Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Maharashtra State, Mumbai regarding the increase in the basic salary of the programmers and operators of Gramin under the Gharkul Yojana and to meet other demands.
According to the demands, the district level programmers and operators have given a statement of their demands to the Project Director District Rural Development System Chandrapur on November 20.
It has been mentioned in the statement that if there is no positive response to the demands, we will have to go on indefinite strike from November 28, 2023 and we will have to stop the work of Gharkul Yojana-Grameen in the state of Maharashtra.
District Programmer Deepali Nabe, District Operator Meenakshi Kshirsagar, Taluka Operator Prakash Ghadse, Swapnil Bhagat, Sachin Burande were present while giving a statement to the Project Director District Rural Development System Chandrapur.

Will the government pay attention?
The entire work of Central sponsored and State sponsored rural Gharkul Yojana is being done by state level, division level, district level programmers and taluka level operators for the last several days.
Looking at the experience and age of all the employees, job security should be considered and job security should be guaranteed till the age of 58 years, as per the HR policy implemented in Umaid, MNREGA, Swachh Bharat Mission and all other departments under the Rural Development Department, all the HR policies should be implemented immediately, a total of 30 percent of the basic salary. Remuneration should be increased, remuneration should be received within 5th of the month, monthly amount of gratuity, ESIC, PT is being deducted from the total remuneration by looking at the monthly remuneration details received through CSC e-Governors organization.
Through a statement, he has made demands that the concerned organization should pay PF, gratuity, ESIC from his monthly basic salary as per the rules, and reserved seats should be made available in government recruitment.

If no decision is taken by November 28…
If the Maharashtra government does not take a decision regarding the demands of state level, department level, district level programmers and taluk level operators within 28 November, they will go on strike from 28 November.
