The work of the Legislative Assembly is to find solutions to many problems or to take action on the issues raised in the Legislative Assembly.

Former Minister and MLA Sudhirbhau Mungantiwar, former Minister and MLA Vijaybhau Vadettiwar drew the attention of the concerned ministers in the House on many issues including illegal sand mining, and positive responses were also received from the concerned ministers.

However, important mineral resources like sand in Chimur Legislative Assembly constituency are being looted day and night. MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia said, “Quiet, how are you?” This question is creating more seriousness in the minds of the people about them.

While important mineral resources like sand from his assembly constituency are being stolen every day, MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia has never spoken about it. Does this mean that MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia approves of sand theft?

Along with this, he should give a clear answer to the public on whether he is pressuring local officials to do sand theft business or not.

When will he take precautions to ensure that the public opinion does not believe that MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia’s silent role is encouraging corruption while all the concerned officials and employees in Chimur taluka are ignoring illegal sand mining? This question also seems serious.

Similarly, while MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia is leading the Chimur assembly constituency for the third time, why is he not fulfilling his due duty regarding permanent employment of the youth in this area? This issue is also becoming more complicated.

If MLA Sudhirbhau Mungantiwar and MLA Vijaybhau Vadettiwar are raising the issue of illegal sand mining in the Assembly session and demanding action against the guilty officials, why is MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia not raising the issue of illegal sand mining in the Assembly?

Along with this, as a public representative, will he inform the voters with the date on which issues he has raised in the Assembly so far regarding the fundamental rights of the citizens, farmers, unemployed, students, laborers, citizens living in poverty in the Chimur Assembly constituency and their development and security? This is also a wet blanket.

The mentality of theft in the minds of many through illegal sand mining and the start of sand theft is an issue of unemployment. MLA Kirtikumar Bhangadia should also come forward on this issue.

However, considering that the sand mining business will not always work, it seems unreasonable that hardworking young men and women would be forced to engage in this business depending on the circumstances.
