As the Central Government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has failed to uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India and violated Article 51 of the Fundamental Rights of the Indian Constitution, His Excellency the President of India Draupadi Murmu should immediately dismiss the Central Government.

According to Article 51 of the Fundamental Duties, while the primary duty of the central government is to transcend religious, linguistic and regional or class differences, promote harmony and fraternity among all the people of India, abandon practices that diminish the dignity of women, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s central government is promoting bigotry on its own. It can be seen from the program and it is clear that the central government is promoting and propagating the fictitious concept like Pranpratistha.

Due to this, the central government, which violates the Indian constitution, has no right to remain in power.

Ideally, the central government is responsible for developing scientific approach, humanism and innovation and reformism, but the same government is intellectually crippling and enslaving the citizens of this country by encouraging arguments based on stereotypes and traditionalism.

At the same time, knowing the value of the rich heritage of our mixed culture and preserving it and having compassion and understanding towards every living being is the primary duty of the central government, such a duty does not seem to be fulfilled by the central government at all.

All this is to follow the constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the national flag and the national anthem. Ideally, it is the responsibility of the central government and the state government to follow and cultivate the noble ideals that fueled our national freedom struggle.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government has neglected all the above duties and how can such a government be protected by His Excellency President Draupadi Murmu?

Article 51 states the basic duties that the citizens of the country should perform all the above duties along with the central government and the state government.

If the Central Government and the State Governments are not fulfilling their duty under Article 51 for the safety and welfare of the citizens of the country, the citizens of the country should learn to show their place to such governments.

The central government, which repeatedly violates the constitution of India under which the prime minister became the prime minister, and which always undermines the self-esteem and self-respect of all the citizens of the country, has no right to remain in power.

That is why Her Excellency President Draupadi Murmu should immediately dismiss the Central Government of India.
