Against the Supreme Court’s Scheduled Castes-Tribes reservation, A, B, C, D, sub-categories and non-criminals, “today, all over India, there is a strong mass movement by the countrymen, and in some places police force is being used against the protesters. .
The Supreme Court went against the Constitution of India and on 1 August 2024 ruled, “Sub-classification and non-criminalization against Scheduled Castes and Tribes”.
The decision of the Supreme Court dated 1 August is in violation of Article 50, 121, 125(4), (5), 340, 312 of the Constitution.
When the Supreme Court’s decision of 1 August 2024 was criticized by constitutional experts and legal scholars, the fact is that the said decision is anti-constitutional and hinders the development and upliftment of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes, their unity, their basic rights of equality, as well as the basic caste distinction came.
And so for our right to justice, on Wednesday 21st August 2024, “Bharat Bandh” has been decided by the citizens of the Bahujan community across the country, ideally by various party heads and various social organization heads.
Today after 9 o’clock in the morning mass movement has started all over India in a peaceful manner, against classification and non-criminalization. People have come out to participate in the movement in different places of the country and the mass movement is becoming successful all over the country.
The Brahmin-styled electronic media is consciously showing that the mass movement of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes has failed in some areas. The citizens of the Bahujan community in the country should not fall victim to their false propaganda.
Because, even if their 10 people protested for the rights of the upper castes, these same Brahmins pretending to be electronic media, “the movement was successful, inflated and inflated and said at length. And they keep talking about the same issue for many days, this fact is not hidden.
Within the country, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Uttarakhand, and other states of the country,” Bahujan Samaj Party, Bharat Mukti Morcha, Azad Party, Officials of the Samajwadi Party, Congress Party and other organizations have taken to the streets and are opposing the decision of the Supreme Court on August 1.
In many states, BSP has shown strength in the cause of public agitation and the decision of the Supreme Court is being strongly opposed by its office bearers and workers.
Officials and activists of Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, BSP, Bharat Mukti Morcha, Ripai (all parties) and other parties, as well as officials and activists of all social organizations of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes have participated in the agitation at various places.
If the police lathi-charged the peaceful protestors across the country, the government of that state will have to face serious consequences.
It is true that if the central government does not include reservation for scheduled castes and tribes in the 9th schedule of the constitution by calling a special session of the Lok Sabha, the government will have to pay the price.
But those who say today’s Bharat Bandh movement was not successful are fools!
