“Yesterday (18/04/2024 Thursday) the Election Commission expected an order from Supreme Court to remove EVMs and hold elections on ballot paper or declare results only after 100% comparative (by cross checking) matching of EVM and VVPAT slips……. .
But, it was not as if both the judges (benches) of the Supreme Court had made up their minds from the very beginning that whatever happened…
Don’t want to delete EVM…………!
This conclusion was definitely felt from the discussion that took place throughout the day yesterday.
In this, the court rejected several points of the petitioners, including the fact that EVMs are not used in other countries, while rejecting the point that we do not have the largest population of voters…..!
Here the question is not about population….here the question is about saving democracy. In a democracy, the will of the people is supreme.
Legislature, Executive Board, Judiciary and Media are created for the people in a democracy. There are no people for this system.
Over the years, social organizations, especially Supreme Court Bar Associations, have fought a street and court battle against this EVM to the end…..
People also fought shoulder to shoulder with him.
But, the court showed all these efforts as a basket case….!
Why did this happen in this country…?
While searching for answers to these questions, one thing is strongly felt that this system is once again on this country…..

This last election is just a formality. The EVMs are ready with the BJP setting. No button pressing will happen until the dream of 400 pars is realized. Then now the people (ourselves) take some steps against this…..
