On August 21 against the SC-JST sub-classification decision, “Bharat bandh, loud call!”  — “The blow to unity, must be reversed?  — Supreme Court decision of 1992 waiting for united OBCs?  — Why didn’t the seven-member bench of the Supreme Court question the central government and the state governments? And the question?

The Supreme Court has given the decision of sub-category reservation with respect to the citizens belonging to inappropriate caste-tribe groups on August 1. Legal experts and scholars are of the opinion that the decision of the Supreme Court is unconstitutional.

At the same time, reactions have started coming forward from various levels that it is a decision that is unfair to the citizens of Scheduled Castes and makes them powerless.

This is why the call of “Bharat Bandh” on August 21 against the Supreme Court’s decision has been given by all Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes organizations.

The Supreme Court does not have the authority to curtail the fundamental rights of all the citizens of the country and give judgments against them. At the same time, the Central Government has no authority to curtail the fundamental rights of the citizens or to legislate against them.

This is why the central rulers, state rulers and all kinds of officials and other institutions who work, implement policies, perform duties under the humanist system, (humanist + Brahminist thought) in a hidden manner are suffering from the major inner thoughts of “not today but tomorrow” who are the majority of the country. The citizens of the Bahujan community are beginning to realize that they will know all the rights and rights given by the Indian Constitution and will do a big mass movement at the national level for their rights and rights.

Ideally, thousands of years under the humanist religious system during independence, and for years even during independence, the fundamental and external rights of the citizens of the Bahujan community (OBC-SC-ST-Minorities-Free Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes) were being undermined, “depriving them of significant people-appointed representation and significant So far humanist central governments and state governments have committed the heinous sin of depriving them of government representation.

So far the central government has deprived the OBC, SC, ST, Minority, Vicent, Anti, Backward class citizens of this country of all their rights and rights without conducting a caste-wise census in the country and depending on the crooked conspiracy of not giving them their equal share, they have oppressed the citizens of the Bahujan community within the country and their It is an understatement to say that they were exploited without compromise, even today they are being exploited openly.

According to the caste wise census of 1932-33, out of 6000 castes, 3 thousand 743 castes included OBC community, 1 thousand 500 SC community included, 1 thousand 50 minority community included, 7,50 caste tribals. The society is still ignorant of its rights.

And cunning, deceitful, such humanistic, (Brahmanical) ideological leaders and rulers are caught in the net of hateful, delusional, casteist, racist, imaginary superstitious religionists.

That is why the citizens of OBC, SC, ST, Minority communities in this country cannot feel the injustice and oppression being done against them without conspiracies and they cannot easily come forward to rebel against injustice. Such an ideologically immature and cowardly society, “in a republic like India, It should be noted primarily that this is the failure of rulers who enjoy power, rulers who have enjoyed power and other types of patriarchal heads of institutions.

On the basis of population in India,

1) MPs/MLAs means people appointed representation,

2) Officers/employees means government-administrative representation.

Under both of these representations, 52 percent of OBCs, 15 percent of SCs, ten and a half percent of minorities, and seven and a half percent of tribals had to be represented.

However, the central and state governments of Congress and BJP till date have not given equal share of representation to the citizens of OBC, SC, ST and minority communities. It is a reality.

On November 11, 1992, the Supreme Court gave four types of decisions according to the OBC community, out of which 3 decisions are reported. Accepted reservation and actually implemented 14 percent reservation. 3) By legally defining unconstitutional cremlayer words which are not included in Indian constitution, prospective students from OBC community were prevented from becoming officers and employees.

The decision of the Supreme Court against OBC in 1992, in order not to know the OBC community, Babri Masjid was demolished on December 6, 1992 in the name of Ram Temple and the OBC community was kept in the opium of bigotry. Eliminated. Generation after generation of OBC community has been destroyed.

When there is such a historical reality, how can the citizens of the OBC community and their leaders sing the praises of such parties and organizations? And how do they work in various bigoted organizations and parties that harm their society?

If the citizens of OBC, SC, ST, minority communities do not want to become slaves, they should know the roles and procedures of the leaders of their respective communities in time and frequently ask them questions in the interest of society.

As the SC and ST community is united and always aware of their rights, no ruling party has been able to do necessary injustice to the citizens of these two communities, exploit them and deprive them of representation.

Since this is the case, it is mainly noticeable that a devious plan was devised to divide the citizens of these two societies by sub-categorizing them in the name of development and disorganize them by breaking them into pieces and making them powerless.

“Who prevented the Central Government, State Governments and their administrative-government bodies from providing equal comprehensive development to the citizens of every caste under the OBC, SC-ST, Minority category?” Why not? There will be a discussion in this regard! And there will be protests for the right to justice!

On 21st August only citizens of SC-ST community as well as minority and OBC community should actively participate in Bharat Bandh movement for their rights.

“Indian constitution, as the citizens of Bahujan community are respected everywhere. Their rights and rights are intact. Otherwise the casteist religious system treats the citizens of Bahujan community as slaves and deprives them of all kinds of rights and privileges.

That is why the Bahujan citizens of the country should always be careful…

Since the Bharat Bandh movement of 21 August is to uphold the constitutional rights, it is felt necessary for MPs, MLAs, organization heads, party office bearers, party workers, ordinary citizens, women to participate in this nationwide movement.

And the citizens of Bahujan society must fight for their rights and rights through chartered and legal means…

Finally, the Supreme Court, the Central Government and the State Governments have a question that,

1) How much economic wealth do the citizens of the OBC, SC, ST, minority communities of this country have?

2) How much agriculture do these communities have? Are there professionals?

3) How many secretaries, all kinds of officers are there at the national and state level in proportion to the number of these societies?

4) How many judges are there in the Supreme Court and Supreme Court? How many Governors are there?

5) How many Chief Election Commissioners have there been so far? Who are they now?

6) How many are His Excellency Governors?

7) How many Chancellors/Gulgurus are there under Education Department?

8) How many have been CBI and ED heads and how many are there?

9) And how many officers are there under other institutions?
