On 17.07.2024, a 16-wheeler (truck) No.CG-07-CB-0717 overturned while carrying animals on the Gadchiroli to Mul highway at a turning near Akapur village, three to four km from Mul city. Unfortunately, animals in the vehicle have died in this accident. Lately, it is reported that 17 animals have died in the police court.
As usual, the accused absconded. Needless to say, the animals were being taken to Hyderabad in Telangana for slaughter. Although it is reported that 17 animals died in the police court, it is not hidden that there were actually more than 60 animals in this vehicle. An ongoing cattle business of collecting animals from the parent taluk and sending them to Hyderabad via slaughterhouses has come to light through a vehicle accident.
The question is that if the police court records only 17 animals, what happened to the rest of the animals? The exact answer to this can be given by the liquor seller of Akapur village who is a Badi Assamese and in whose farm the incident took place.
Where were some live animals sent from the accident vehicle before informing the police? Where were some dead animals buried? This can also be easily searched.
It has been reported that the driver lost control as the vehicle was speeding and the incident took place. The vehicle was pulled out of the ditch with the help of JCB. On getting information about the incident, Mul police reached the spot and started further investigation into the matter.
Kind of supporting illegal cow smuggling..
According to sources, these animals were to be smuggled to a slaughterhouse in Hyderabad. The said accident truck is from Chhattisgarh passing, all the animals from Mool taluka are going to Telangana for slaughter, which means there is a large amount of smuggling of animals for slaughter from here. Who is this executioner? It is said that the answer can be found in the village of Tekadi. It is said that this smuggling was initiated due to bad “luck”.
The incident happened, the cow smuggling ring was exposed. Before the slaughter, the animals died in an accident. But who is the dignified person in Akapur who takes the initiative in raking up this topic, who considers himself a white person? On the other hand, if this anti-godhan, who considers himself a public servant, had called the Kantakane police and taken the initiative to hand over 60 to 70 animals to the executioners, the taluka would have gained more fame. It is being said that this case has made it clear that the greed of money will take someone to what level.
As soon as the information about the incident came to light, a public discussion started on what satisfaction those few journalists who supported the illegal cow smuggling got by reaching the spot and beating 5,10,000 people. This makes journalism more dark.
