“In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the entire system here disrespected the votes of 96 crore voters through EVMs and installed Kutniti in power. We could not do anything but look on. This reality cannot be denied..!
Because the entire system had already decided to reject either ballot paper in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The world that had kicked EVM with experience. The speculation of holding elections was fulfilled by the entire system.
Similarly, in the case of EVMs after the election, the evidence of rigging that came to hand in the social media, despite complaints, the Chief Election Commission has kept silent on it. For example EVM showing more with low voter turnout, Chief Election Commission declaring the winner and recounting 3 times and announcing the convenient candidate. Latest technology should be used in the election as it saves time and EVM was accepted by our Election Commission. But still, what is the meaning of holding elections in 2 months and seven phases?
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had given the constitutional and moral duty to preserve the democracy of the country and to invent it to this election commission from the six articles of the constitution number 324 to 329.
But, the same Election Commission till date (apart from Hon’ble TN Seshan) has infiltrated constitutional duty with diplomacy and ignored moral duty. The same Chief Election Commission reached extreme heights of violation of this duty in 2024 Lok Sabha Elections……!
The Election Commission’s moral duty is that if a candidate comes to file his candidature, in his affidavit, his entire property (statistics, gold, silver, other permanent assets) including his family members, whether the court convicts him or sentences him? Is he loyal to the Constitution? Is he directly or indirectly involved in anti-national activities? He should be allowed to fill the nomination form only if he fulfills such several rules and conditions, otherwise not.
Similarly, if the same candidate comes to file his candidature again after five years after winning, if there is a difference in wealth in his affidavit filed five years ago, then the election commission should not allow him to file his candidature unless there is an audit of that difference.
All the above rules should be for small and large elections. Therefore, by violating such a rule, the government directly and indirectly disrespecting the opinion of the people is………

In the same way, the state governments which have come to power only by addition and subtraction in this way are also……..

Similarly, Rajya Sabha and Legislative Councils have been created to give place to those who are philosophers and scholars in different subjects and fields. So that it helps in making and implementing laws and especially in running the country according to the constitution. Because 100% members of Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha may be uneducated or ignorant or there is no guarantee that they will use their common sense. Therefore Rajya Sabha and Legislative Councils are formed.
But, here too, apart from such scholars or philosopher members, Hema Malini, Sachin Tendulkar, now Sunetra Pawar (who do not even smell of such philosophy) have been filled only because of political diplomacy. And all other chartered officers (IAS, IPS) accept such actions of these ruling political parties. Even though they have the constitutional right of self-reliance without exercising it. They too throw their scholarship before the diplomacy of this politician (there are exceptions like the respected Tukaram Mundhe Sara).
Therefore, the central and state governments of the country are…

At such a time, the people should think and take a decision.
For that Dr. The only solution is to wake up from the constitution given by Babasaheb Ambedkar and force the entire above system to run the country and state 100% on the constitution itself. Otherwise the future will soon be bleak.
