In recent times, it has been observed that the gazetted officers, other officers and employees are behaving according to the dumb and deaf inappropriate procedure of the government.
This does not divert their attention to illegal mining and illegal activities. District and local administrations are also doing the work of fooling common citizens who focus on these illegal businesses, which is the biggest crime.
Due to this, it is now mainly realized that the government and administration are responsible for creating a crime society.
Gazetted officers are called as responsible officers. Because His Excellency the President or His Excellency the Governor approves their appointment.
Of course, the gazetted officers are there to give equal justice to all the elements of the society and to solve the affairs of common citizens in time. Ideally, they have the responsibility to create a civilized and developed society.
Duvwa is the co-ordinating link between gazetted officers and police administration to control the illegal business. And to protect civilized society. The social mind is there to maintain peace and self-reliance.
However, in the recent past, the activists of the MLAs who represent the government are doing illegal mining of sand and blackheads, and the fact that the district administration and local administration are not paying any attention to their misbehavior cannot be denied.

And it should not be a problem to think that illegal businesses like liquor and betting are going on with the blessings of the related administration, this is a clear picture in the entire state of Maharashtra including Chandrapur district.
If the rulers of Maharashtra are giving space to the administration of the state to commit crimes, then it would be better to assume that they are outright dishonest and cheating the citizens of the state of Maharashtra?
Collector, Additional Collector, Resident Sub-Collector, Deputy Collector, Special Land Acquisition Officer, Deputy Collector (Revenue), Deputy Collector (Revenue), Deputy Election Officer and Tehsildar as Magistrates, Citizens, Nurses, Farmers, Unemployed, Youth, Students , voters, senior citizens watch.
There are gazetted officers in 1 lakh 5 thousand households in the state of Maharashtra. All these gazetted officers have the moral responsibility to protect and promote all the citizens of the state of Maharashtra and have the power to control illegal activities with the vision of creating a civilized society.
When these same gazetted officers show partiality in discharging their responsibilities, the society becomes sad and distressed. Such a social mind is not filled.
Every element of the society is strong, advanced and civilized
While there are appointments of gazetted officers to do, they should do discriminatory actions, change the roles in the Maharashtra government’s policy, there should not be any weakness to let the citizens of the state know.
If gazetted officers are appointed for the safety of the citizens and protection of the mineral wealth of Maharashtra state, if the same officers are carrying out their duty without discrimination or desperation, then what name should be given to their duty?
What should be said to the authorities who sit silent while the illegal mining of sand and black sand is rampant in Chimur taluka under Chandrapur district and the liquor and satta businesses are flourishing? Is this the state sutradhar and Chandrapur collector Vinay Gowda?
Is it not appropriate to withhold the salary of officials who ignore illegal mining or illegal occupation for 1 year?
What about the safety of the students of the Post Basic Government Ashram School at Mauja Jambulghat in Chimur taluka under the illegal sand mining that takes place ideally at night time?
Who will explain to them that gazetted officers should perform their duties fairly and it is the supreme social act?
