Chief Minister’s unwillingness to give scholarships to scheduled caste students under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana.  — Will MLAs pay attention during the winter session?  — Winter Convention/Attention..

Under the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana, the scholarship for the academic years of 2022 to 2023 has not been given to the scheduled caste college students. This shows that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, who is in charge of the Social Welfare Ministry, is not careful and sensitive towards the scheduled caste students.

As the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Government of Maharashtra is not providing scholarships under the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana to the students of scheduled castes and Neo-Buddhists studying in the city on time, it has come forward that the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Government of Maharashtra is obstructing and harassing the students of the said community.

If backward and economically poor students from scheduled castes and neo-Buddhist groups are not accommodated in the hostels, it becomes difficult for such students to stay in the city and pursue higher education.

Due to this, the Government of Maharashtra implemented the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana and started giving scholarships under this scheme so that such promising and deserving students from the Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist groups can get college education and higher education without any obstacles.

However, a serious, worrying and infuriating situation has come forward that the students who have qualified for the academic year 2022-23 have not been given scholarships yet.

Maharashtra Chief Minister N. Eknath Shinde has the Ministry of Social Welfare. While the Chief Minister himself has the Ministry of Social Welfare, he is not sensitive towards the students of Scheduled Castes and he does not want the students of this community to get education without barriers.

As per the guidelines of the central government, the post-matriculation scholarship granted by the tribal department to the scheduled tribe students for higher education after matriculation is being given by the tribal development minister on time. Hold? Will they make the correct answer public?

MLAs who are people’s representatives must have a thorough knowledge about whether all the schemes in the state of Maharashtra have been implemented properly or not.

If the concerned Minister of Maharashtra Government and the Chief Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, other officers under the Ministry are not implementing any necessary schemes on time, the MLAs should write correspondence with them and get the reply from the concerned department in time.

While the issue of scholarship under the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Scheme related to the future of Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist students is very sensitive, till date none of the MLAs in Maharashtra state has asked the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde about the delay in scholarship. It is necessary to be conscientious, aware and sensitive.

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is failing to give scholarships to the students of Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist groups on time, so his insensitivity and insensitivity in his duty is evident.

This shows that Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is not serious about the bright future of Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist students.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Swadhar Yojana to provide scholarships to Scheduled Caste students on time, since the Chief Minister himself is playing a time-consuming role, will the MLAs of Maharashtra state raise the issue under Lakshvedhi in the winter session of Nagpur?
