“Let’s consult all four pillars of democracy, i.e. “innocent baby”, all the elders of the congregation for the last 75 years.”
Why didn’t all the legislative bodies of the country i.e. Legislature and Parliament consider the deficit budget presented every year in the last 70 years and consider presenting the budget according to No profit, No loss…..?
Why didn’t any legislature think of trying to save the public from inflation without imposing any additional tax on the public or increasing the existing tax to solve the problems of inflation and unemployment….?
Why did the Legislature not consider making effective laws in the social, educational and health sectors as well as protecting the basic human rights of the people?
According to Article No. 47 of the Constitution, the production of alcohol in this country should be for medicinal purposes only and nothing more. When there are such clear guidelines, why did the legislature not try to give licenses to the liquor factories. Only in this way, the tax comes to the government exchequer, so why did the legislature do the mischief of spoiling the culture of the entire country….?
In this same Marathwada in Maharashtra, the foundation of college education was Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar founded Milind College. Therefore, on 27 July 1978, a resolution was passed in the Maharashtra Legislature that Dr. It took 17 years to name Babasaheb Ambedkar and its implementation.
During these 17 years, thousands of people vandalized their homes to demand the implementation of the same law passed. Hundreds of people have to bear martyrdom in name change!
Was the power of the legislature dead here…?
As the government treasury was shaken during Corona, two lakh crore rupees were forcibly taken from RBI in the name of Corona. P.M. Even Modi did not give an account of 32,000 crore rupees in the fund to CAG. However, Parliament is quick to pass the laws to increase their remuneration by 40,000/- rupees from the same accumulated money.
Why is this the legislature of our country?
By suspending the opposition from the House for any trivial reason, the rulers used to violate the morals of the Constitution by passing 3 Agrarian Acts and other anti-constitutional laws against the farmers and common people……!
Is this the constitutional policy of our legislature…?
When Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar has clearly defined the citizen of the country in Article No. 5 to 11 in the Constitution, why is the Legislature (Parliament) trying to amend the Constitution to prove citizenship once again like CAA, NRC for no reason…….?
Many such anti-constitutional policies, without following the constitutional policy, the parliament and other state legislatures of the country, instead of making laws for the benefit of the people, made laws for the benefit of themselves and the capitalists, and also immediately implemented them. It cannot be said that they will come out and destroy the structure of the constitution.
Legislature alone will be responsible for this destruction..
