Whenever the general elections to the Lok Sabha of the country are held every five years, the Constitution has given us the right to call a joint session of both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and deliver the first address before those houses.
This address is an address to the Central Government to run the country, protect the fundamental rights of the citizens and assure all-round development.
In fact, our election should not have been from the office bearers of any political party, but….

However, there is no problem. When you sit on that post as the President from any political party. However, when Manipur in this country has been burning for the last 600 days. To create a rift between the two tribal communities of our country and to make a political conspiracy successful, riots are being organized for the financial gain of industrialists. It started with the naked bodies of the companions of the two soldiers who were martyred in Kargil and what a crowd of over 150 people was doing with them. The entire country saw this.
But, how and why could we not see it?
Did someone blindfold our eyes or hearts?
Which community were we leading as a representative?
Why didn’t you yourself or the Prime Minister go to Manipur or send him?
Instead, the Supreme Court had to take notice of that place!

Due to these and many other reasons, especially because of the Manipur case, we cannot protect the minorities in our country (due to the Manipur case). This message has reached the world. How come you don’t feel anything about it?
Today, in the heads of European countries, and at the global level, due to our Prime Minister Modi’s national and foreign policy of making a Hindu nation in the name of democracy, democratic values such as freedom, equality, justice and fraternity are in danger. Will we ever think about what its future will be?
