When sand and gravel are being mined indiscriminately in Chimur taluk, can anyone explain the part of duty that the extreme neglect towards said mining is? This question is being asked publicly by the citizens of Chimur taluk.
An official is a person who has hierarchical authority. An official is a person who is officially appointed according to the rules of the government, experienced, learned, competent, who has the authority to run the administration.
An employee is a person employed in return for payment for another or for a business, firm etc…
It can be seen from the government level appointment objectives that the appointment of officers and employees is to perform their duties competently.
However, when officers and employees show their inability to justify their competence, experience and studies, many inappropriate feelings turn towards them.
From the motives of officers and staff appointments, it is generally noticed that angering common people and other persons who come to the government office for work, not explaining to common people and other persons, suffocating common people and other persons, showing fear of authority, abusing authority, employment for does not live.
According to your experience, study and ability, there is a job for doing the work of the citizens on time, solving the doubts, explaining the legal and illegal procedures related to office work, curbing the illegal business, removing the confusion in the classroom.
Curbing the illegal mining of minor minerals like sand and murum is the work of the experienced capacity. Meanwhile, the people of the rural areas are always hearing that the concerned officials and employees of Chimur taluka are not using their capacity to curb the illegal mining of the said minor minerals.
Does this mean that the illegal mining of minor minerals under Chimur taluka is being deliberately ignored? “Or, does this mean that the illegal mining of secondary minerals is being indirectly supported? But this issue is causing thousands of citizens to shake their heads.
If the officials and employees are ignoring the illegal mining of sand and acne, should the citizens think that they do not have experience and study? And should the citizens assume that they do not have the ability?

Whose dehshat?
If some people’s representatives and their officials and activists abuse their power and put illegal pressure on the officials and employees in order not to curb illegal mining and to continue illegal mining. Shouldn’t it be filed? This question is equally stomach-churning.
Because if the revenue of crores of rupees is being sunk under illegal mining, it should be noted that this is affecting the development of the citizens in the rural areas and keeping them away from the basic facilities.

Officers and staff…
Today’s picture is that officers and employees are not working against the ruling party or performing their duties.
If we consider that the appointments of officers and employees are not to do illegal activities or to cooperate with those who do illegal activities, then the government and administration that do not control illegal mining have started to become paralyzed in the current situation? This issue creates many types of seriousness.
So, if a crippled administration leads to an inability to protect and preserve government property, it does not mean that the administration is performing its duty responsibly.
However, it cannot be forgotten that people’s representatives, officials, employees are there to safeguard and protect the interests of the citizens and to safeguard all the properties under their jurisdiction.

Party and power are not important, but duty is important!
1) Protecting the citizens by going ahead of the party, 2) Providing them with basic facilities, 3) Struggle for the rights of the citizens, 4) Providing employment to the unemployed, 5) Protecting the overall interests of the farmers, 6) Working to bring social and economic equality among the citizens of all sections of the society. To do and fulfill the duty, 7) To take care that the society does not get bogged down in the addictive system, 8) To work so that the society mind will always remain pure and conscious, 9) To be alert so that the society mind does not get caught in the yoke of superstition, 10) To the students of every social group, all To strive for free education of all kinds, 11) To carry out activities to make citizens of all sections of society self-reliant and self-respecting and to improve under the scheme, 12) To distribute essential commodities through cheap grain shops so that the health of all citizens will be healthy and sound, 13) To ensure that citizens get clean water. It is necessary and equally necessary for them to have the eternal awareness that MPs and MLAs are there to always strive and perform other important duties.
Citizens should understand that this is why MPs and MLAs are elected.

Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj and his Karmabhumi..
If we consider Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj’s thoughts and works for achieving freedom and his continuous social duty service, Chimur taluka must be free from addiction.
But, looking at the growing number of beer bars and country liquor shops in this taluk, does the government and administration of Maharashtra state respect Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj and his thoughts? There is a questionable doubt about this.
There is a world of difference between providing funds of crores of rupees in the name of pilgrimages and restoration or in the name of meeting house, temple, vihara and empowering citizens of all sections of society in all sectors.
Till date, it is well known that the necessary funds have not been made available from the government level to make the citizens of all sections of the society self-reliant and self-respecting.
When will we realize that real development lies in self-esteem and self-reliance of citizens?
