The Boddha case of caste abuse in public places is serious, how come the election corner meeting was held without permission?  — Do Election Returning Officers, Police Officers, “Assembly Elections” and casteist slurs or other internal affairs consider it a joke?  — In a press conference held by the victimized complainants in Chimur, serious allegations were made against the police officers, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav, Bhisi Thanedar Chahande should be transferred immediately!..  — The presence of security forces and police in Boddhat, the nature of the camp…

       Ramdas Thuse

Special Divisional Representative..

Chimur :-

Citizens and voters have the moral right to ask questions to the meeting organizers and meeting leaders according to the issues under the necessary and burning issues, irrespective of the party.

And it is the responsibility of the guides and meeting organizers to answer their questions.

Giving information at a press conference, the victim of injustice, Shankar Ramteke and others…

But, why was a campaign corner meeting held by the BJP at Bhar Chowk in Hanuman Mandir area of Mauja Boddha under Chimur Assembly Constituency and under Bhisi Police Station when the Election Code of Conduct is in force? And whose blessing is such a corner meeting? 74. Why does the Assembly Election Decision Officer not take action against those who hold meetings without permission? This is an important point.

Ideally, there is no need to castigate a local voter named Kumar Shankar Premkumar Ramteke (a Scheduled Caste) who asked a question in the corner meeting and grabbed the caller and beat him to death? This is an important and very sensitive issue.

Because Scheduled Caste-Tribe voters cannot be threatened or killed during any election program. Ideally, Scheduled Caste voters cannot be pressured and no action can be taken to defame them in public.

Chimur sub-divisional police officer Rakesh Jadhav and Thanedar Chahande of Bhisi police station do not know that any of these incidents fall under the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Prevention Act if such a sequence of events has taken place.

In fact, when the complainant went to Bhisi Police Station to lodge a complaint, he was required to give detailed information about the matter verbally to Sub Divisional Officer and Election Returning Officer Chimur and Sub Divisional Police Officer Chimur and to send all the information in writing through mail.

Ideally, it was the duty of the Bhisi Thanedar Chahande to file a prima facie complaint of the complainant in a serious case. And as per the rules, the case should have been assigned to Sub Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav.

Because it should be primarily noted that all types of cases that come under Scheduled Tribes Prevention Act are primarily handled by the Sub Divisional Police Officers.

However, we cannot turn a blind eye to the scheduled caste-tribe prevention case during the election period and the accused in such cases cannot even be given protection under the time-consuming policy.

The complainants held a press conference at Sadbhavana Hotel in Chimur today and made serious allegations against Chimur Sub-Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav and Thanedar Chahande of Bhisi Police Station and said that they have threatened the complainant youth to take action against him and incarcerate him.

At the same time, Shankar Premkumar Ramteke has also said in the press conference that even after Upper Superintendent of Police Dr. Rina Janbandhu recorded the statement of the complainant youth in the office of Chimur Sub Divisional Officer Rakesh Jadhav, the complainant Shankar Premkumar Ramteke was not given a copy of the complaint and statement.

It was also clarified in the press conference that if the case of Shivigal, Marhan, shaming and defaming in public places is not taken seriously within 2 days, then they will fast to death in front of the office of Sub Divisional Police Officer Rakesh Jadhav.

Ideally, Shankar Premkumar Ramteke said that the matter will be tried in Nagpur, which is a bench of the Bombay Supreme Court.

When there is such a serious case, turning a blind eye or neglecting the said matter falls into which legal matter, the Election Commissioner of Maharashtra State, Divisional Police Commissioner Rural Nagpur Division Nagpur, District Magistrate Chandrapur, District Superintendent of Police Chandrapur, should bring it forward through their actions and duties!

Sarpanch Prafulla Kolte, the accused who beat him. Mangalgaon, Upsarpanch Sadashiv Ghonmode R. Boddha, Rakesh Bardhe R. Boddha, Yogesh Sahare R. Boddha, because of the political advantage of the ruling party, do the relevant officials of Chimur spend time in suppressing the case? It has come forward from the press conference that senior officials need to pay attention to this.

To prevent any untoward incident from happening in Boddha village, security force and police force have been deployed.
