Hon’ble Special District and Sessions Judge Varora has given the next date of hearing in Nagpur Ambazari case as 18/07/2024.
Vinod Kumar Khobragade sought action under Section 340 Section 195(1)(b) of CRPC for filing a false affidavit in court.
In Nagpur-Ambazari case, the Revenue Officer, in the year 2019, pointed to the Ambazari lake at 7/12 of the garden and bulldozed the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar memorial at that place to file a criminal case of atrocity against Karnare Mn. Garud Company Nagpur and others dated 03/07/2024 Hon’ble Special District and Sessions Court at Varora, District Chandrapur for order on 18.07.2024.
Due to this, attention has been drawn to what decision the Honorable Judge of the District Sessions Court gives on July 18 or what position he takes regarding the matter.

Government of Maharashtra on 31/03/2018 provides a fund of Rs 100 Crores in the name of “Deekshabhumi” Nagpur, and Revenue Officers have shown in 2019 Deekshabhumi Nagpur’s land covered with forest, roads, roads, buildings, on 7/12.
Vinod Khobragade says that if the Maharashtra government does not take immediate action in this regard, they will file a judicial case against the Maharashtra government and all the relevant officials regarding the change.
Please note that there is rule of law in our country, no arbitrary rule, be it a senior official or anyone, if they go outside the law and do illegal and illegal activities, then there is no need for permission to take action against them.

Nagpur Ambazari Case…
Vinod Kumar Khobragade in Hon’ble Special District and Sessions Court Warora District Chandrapur against the accused officer who affected the work of justice by filing false affidavit in the court and demanded that the accused should be immediately booked under Section 340 Section 195(1)(b) of CRPC. Appellant Vinod Kumar Khobragade filed an application on last date 26/06/2024, and the application was also approved.
Appellant Vinod Kumar Khobragade is a responsible and conscious citizen and law student and constitutional scholar and social worker Varora Chandrapur.
Accused defendants:- Maj. Garud Company, Environment Minister Mumbai, Secretary Mumbai, Divisional Commissioner Nagpur, Deputy Commissioner Municipal Corporation Nagpur, District Magistrate Nagpur, Sub Divisional Officer Nagpur, Tehsildar Nagpur, Board Officer Nagpur, Talathi Ambazari, are the main accused.
The accused had bulldozed the 50-year-old Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar memorial on the right side of the main entrance, showing a garden to the lake at Ambazari Nagpur, and erected an illegal Dr. Swami Vivekananda memorial on the left side.
Vinod Kumar Khobragade, a responsible and vigilant citizen, law student, constitutional scholar, social activist and public servant Talathi/Patwari, did not give an answer as to how the administration did this bias and discrimination.
Therefore, a criminal case was filed in the Special District and Sessions Court of Warora District for criminal action against the accused.
Even though the incident happened in Nagpur city, it is a tragedy that even though all the misdeeds happened in Nagpur, not a single expert body in Nagpur took criminal action against the accused for atrocity…

Government of Maharashtra has given funds of crores of rupees till date for the development of “Dikshabhumi” Nagpur, on 31/03/2018 Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis gave Rs. 100 crores and later Rs. 200 crores for the development of “Dikshabhumi” Nagpur.
However, the Revenue Officer dated 16/01/2019 has ordered the land of “Dikshabhumi” Nagpur to be covered with bushes, roads, roads, buildings, and shown on record 7/12. Evidence Khasra No. 221/1, 221/222/2 look..

20 days ago Vinod Khobragade, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Home Affairs Mr. Devendra Fadnavis submitted a request application to the Maharashtra government, revenue officer and police administration, but they have not taken any action against the concerned.
Therefore, despite the fact that the Maharashtra government has given crores of rupees for development in the name of “Dikshabhumi” Nagpur, and despite the government circular of 2018, the revenue officer Nagpur, for the past 70 years, has not named Dikshabhumi Nagpur as a occupier with the right of ownership, but trees, roads, roads, buildings have fallen. Vinod Khobragade will soon file a criminal petition in the court for dereliction of duty, he said in the publicity sheet.
