It has repeatedly come forward that the judiciary of this country has given “decisions that do not fit the framework of the Indian Constitution, against the Bahujan community.”
On October 1, 2024, the Supreme Court ruled on how reservation should be given and how it should be implemented, defining the sub-categorization of Scheduled Castes and Tribes.
Along with this, on November 11, 1992, the Supreme Court ruled that the OBCs should be divided and made OBCs vulnerable.
The BJP took care that the OBC community should not know about the Supreme Court’s decision on the OBCs and on December 6, 1992, by demolishing the Babri Masjid, it trapped the citizens and youth of the OBC community in religion, took it back hundreds of years and caused immense damage to the OBC community, which is still being done today.
Without conducting a caste-wise census, the BJP central government has kept the political reservation of the OBC community stuck in the Supreme Court. (I blame the current central government.)
It is certain that starting tomorrow, the BJP government will end the educational and job reservations of OBCs, as we do not have the caste-wise figures of the OBC community.
I am saying this because in 1998, former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was in power at the center. The then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee had passed a resolution in the Lok Sabha not to conduct a caste-wise census in 1998. The OBCs and all the Bahujan community brothers/citizens should note that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his BJP government at the center are implementing that resolution.
It seems that the political policy of BJP is to keep the political reservation of the OBC community hanging in the court and repeatedly take away their political benefits while causing immense harm to the OBC community.
But why don’t the leaders, office bearers and activists of this community understand this serious threat that the BJP in power at the center is doing to the OBC community? There is no way to understand this.
Similarly, such stupid or insensitive people do not belong to any community, who, in order to harm their own community, or “to fill their own stomachs, will always take the positions of the party that is causing harm and benefit from that party politically.
If there are leaders, office bearers and activists who call the party that is causing immense harm to their own community their own party, what should we call them? Should we call such anti-social elements slaves of a political party? It will depend on the citizens of that community.
At the same time, the central government of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the year 2002, “by closing the pension scheme, the Bahujan community of this country was devastated.
Similarly, by closing the pension scheme, the Bahujan community of this country should not become financially strong and the former and current employees of the country should not provide financial assistance to their relatives for education and other works. When will the citizens of the OBC, SC, ST, minority, NT-Vignity communities in this country understand this?
How right is it to call the BJP party, which is making the citizens of this country suffer in many decisions, my party?
This same BJP passed the bill for financial reservation for upper castes in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and converted that bill into a law and the Supreme Court accepted that law and implemented reservation for Brahmins, Banias (Vaish), Thakurs in one fell swoop. This financial reservation includes economic advancement, jobs, education.
Then The BJP’s central government gets the financial reservation bill for the upper castes approved in one fell swoop and benefits that community, but why doesn’t it get the reservation and financial bills approved in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha for the upliftment and welfare of all the citizens of the Bahujan community, including the OBCs, in this country?
And why are they not giving them the rights of the Bahujan community in this country? This serious question makes it clear that the BJP has an anti-Bahujan community ideology. That is why voters must reject the BJP and its allies in this assembly election for their own benefit and protection. Voters should always remember that politicians do not come to power without being pushed.
Along with this, on October 1, 2024, the Supreme Court gave a decision on sub-categorization in the case of Scheduled Castes and Tribes and included the condition of the creamy layer in this decision.
According to the decision on sub-categorization, now only once will political, educational and job reservation be given to the citizens of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes.
The Supreme Court has said that if a family gets political, educational and job reservation once, the citizens of that family will not get such reservation a second time.
So, according to this Supreme Court verdict, the BJP ruling party at the Center and the next ruling party will “paralyze generations of Scheduled Castes and Tribes”? Why don’t the leaders, MPs, and MLAs of this community realize this?
The current and former MPs and MLAs did not pay any attention to the serious decision of the Supreme Court and did not ask questions about it in the Lok Sabha, the Vidhan Sabha and outside.
Can such MLAs and MPs be yours? The voters should also look at this closely. Similarly, the citizens of the OBC, SC, ST, minority, and non-Muslim communities should learn to protect themselves.
The people (voters) should realize that the party that is in power at the center and in the state has to be attacked for the public interest and for the protection of the people and that the ruling parties themselves have to be held responsible and asked serious questions.
It is as true as the sun that the BJP, which does not control all atrocities, implements the contractor system, closes primary schools, continuously increases inflation and makes laws in the interests of the capitalists, will do nothing for the OBC, SC, ST, minority, non-Muslim and other communities and will never give them a share of power and jobs.
It is clear from the BJP’s thinking and working methods that the BJP is a party that uses the citizens of the Bahujan community – women and youth – for the benefit of the upper castes. And this is evident from their progress so far.
Because, within the framework of the Indian Constitution, these parties have not fulfilled their legal duties for the advancement and benefit of the Bahujan community, for their rights and entitlements, and have not implemented policies of this nature…
However, they have taken many decisions that have emptied the pockets of the citizens of the Bahujan community and have implemented those decisions with rigor.
The voters and citizens of the country must seriously consider such an anti-Bahujan BJP!..
