What do you do when you die?…

— Citizens of India beware…

— Don’t be careless….

— If Prime Minister Mathefiru imposes Emergency…….!!!!

— Because we can’t forget history….

Because, just as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi had imposed a 19-month emergency in 1975 due to her own ego. If it repeats itself, don’t be surprised…….!

Because when the Lok Sabha general elections of March 1971 were held. At that time, the Congress party, which had come to Margali, was held by Indira Gandhi with the slogan of eradicating poverty, and the Congress got a new life.

The Congress came to power with a clear majority, winning 352 of the total 518 seats in the Lok Sabha, and Indira Gandhi again became the Prime Minister.

But there was always one candidate who stood against him and lost who was the United Samajwadi Party’s Hon. was Rajnarayan. When he lost this time, he ran against Indira Gandhi in June 1975, 4 years after the election.

A petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court for rigging the election, spending more than the limit set by the Election Commission, corruption in the election and winning the election. Another important reason was that, while Indira Gandhi’s secretary Yashpal Thakur was working at a high position in the central government, he participated in the elections for Indira Gandhi and managed the entire election process, and this petition was filed by Rajnarayan as it is an anti-constitutional act. The then Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court Hon. As Jagmohanlal Sinha was very loyal to the constitution, he brought the petitioner to justice by taking strict action. He disposed of the petition on 12th June, 1975. He gave the following orders on this. Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was banned from contesting elections for six years. Also canceled membership of Lok Sabha. Hence the ban on participation and remuneration in Lok Sabha proceedings. Due to the six-year ban on elections, he could not even go to the Rajya Sabha. And the deadline for its implementation was fixed within three weeks only. That means he should have resigned from the post of Prime Minister immediately.

If Indira Gandhi had resigned from the post of Prime Minister and appointed another person from her own party as the Prime Minister without appealing to the Supreme Court, her loyalty to the Constitution (which she had sworn) would have been proved….

But he did not do that within these three weeks. Prime Minister Indira Gandhi immediately filed a petition in the Supreme Court that Hon. Allahabad High Court judgment is unfair to us. Then we filed a petition asking us to do justice.

The then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Hon. B. R. Krishna Iyer disposed of this petition immediately on 23 June 1975, when he asked Hon. Some orders were passed without setting aside the order of the Allahabad High Court. You can remain in office as the Prime Minister till the Supreme Court orders on this permanently. However, he cannot participate in any work, voting, in the House. Apart from this, financial benefits cannot be taken.

After the order of the Supreme Court, there was a stir in the Union Cabinet here. If the permanent result is passed immediately or once the Prime Minister or Minister is appointed within six months of being a member of either the Rajya Sabha or the Lok Sabha, the Ministership is automatically revoked after six months. Such a constitutional embarrassment for the Congress party was created only because of arrogance. Indira Gandhi, Hon. The idea of this emergency came from a secret discussion between Sanjay Gandhi and Secretary Yashpal Thakur.

Earlier then Congress President B. K. Barwa suggested a solution to Indira Gandhi before the Emergency idea that you become the Congress President till the Supreme Court’s permanent verdict, I was the Prime Minister. When everything becomes stable, then you will again occupy the post of Prime Minister. However, this solution was not acceptable to Indiraji.

And coincidentally, the opposition party had raised a furore against the central government due to the Allahabad High Court order against the government in the country. Jaiprakash Narayan even started a campaign against Indira Gandhi. On June 25, 1975, Jayaprakash Narayan organized a large student and public march in Bihar. The slogan was given to overthrow this anti-constitutional government. This incident also gave Indira Gandhi an opportunity to declare emergency….!

Similarly, it is said that when Indira Gandhi herself came to be present in the courtroom of the accused during the hearing of the petition in the Allahabad High Court, no one stood up as soon as she arrived. Moreover, they were not even arranged to sit. This was also one of the reasons behind the imposition of this emergency………!

Due to all the above mental confusion, opposition from the opposition, the Prime Minister announced on emergency radio from the midnight of 24th June 1975 i.e. from 25th June, that emergency was being imposed in the country as per Article 352 of the Constitution due to internal chaos in the country. Earlier Jayaprakash Narayan and all other opposition leaders were put in jail and under house arrest. Thousands of protesters were arrested and jailed. Freedom of speech was banned. Electricity was cut off in the office and printing press of the current paper. Prohibition order was imposed. The fundamental rights of the citizens were violated. If anyone goes to court against this emergency or against the violation of fundamental rights, and if the court comments on it, the judges are transferred immediately. Because of this, the court was also helpless.

Such a situation prevailed in the entire country for almost 19 months. Later, as the effects of the Emergency began to be felt internationally, Indira Gandhi lifted the Emergency as democratic countries in particular said that the Union was a wrong move. Immediately thereafter, in 1977, general elections to the Lok Sabha were held. In this, Congress MPs were elected from only 352 to 152. The Janata Party government came and Hon. Morarji Desai became the Prime Minister. Further, due to internal strife within his own party, his government also lasted for barely 2 years. After that mid-term elections were held and Congress came back to power. Indira Gandhi became Prime Minister again….!

The implication is that despite taking the oath of allegiance to the Constitution, the country suffered 19 months of emergency for the first time on June 25, 1975 due to neglect of constitutional and moral duty and feeding ego. So the country was once again thrown back fifty years in terms of democracy and constitutional ingenuity and violation of human rights…..!!!!

And today also it is repeated in 2024…….

         So don’t be surprised…!

Because the steps of Modi-Shah are showing signs of going in the same direction. Because the opposition seems to be getting stronger. Due to Adani-Ambani, silence has to be maintained. Chandrababu and Nitishbabu have created desperation. Even after buying the media, there is dissatisfaction among the people against the government due to other social media. People are committing suicide due to inflation and unemployment. Constraints are coming to create many unjust laws. As a result, there has been a rumble in the coffers. If the emergency is repeated due to many such reasons…………..!

      Because, what do you die…!!!
